Lacey Cordon was excellent. She made sure that I was taken care of in less than an hour. She also told me about some preventive maintenance that I need to do to my car that I didn't know about. She is superb and she took time out to answer any questions that I had about my vehicle that need to be done. She was all about the customer's needs and what was best for their vehicle to run smoothly and safely. There should be more employees like her

Service rep Michael Jones is the man! Give this man a raise! I had to deal with an under qualified rep for 2 of my vehicles and after much struggle from incompetence, Michael came in to help me instead which saved the hour, the anguish and quickly resolved the situation in a few minutes. Thank You Laila Rhenai for my new Camry very professional I appreciate you help..... I know the sales agent does not have anything to do with the financial part but. i have bought 4 in toyota Hollywood and is the forts time that this is happening. "I recently purchased a 2025 Toyota Camry with very low mileage at Toyota of Hollywood, and my experience has been deeply disappointing. Despite clearly explaining to the salesperson and the finance manager that I did not want any 'extras' or add-ons, two charges totaling $1,635 were added to my contract without my consent: 'Ultimate Titanium LTE Black' and 'Tire Guard.' These unnecessary charges have unfairly increased my financing amount and interest. Furthermore, my contract explicitly states that the vehicle was to be delivered with two keys. However, the salesperson insisted they only had one and told me I had to purchase the second one myself. This is a direct contradiction of the signed agreement. I refuse to believe these errors are accidental. If a dealership selling approximately 1,600 cars a month adds these 'small' amounts to every vehicle, the scale of this practice is alarming. I am demanding the second key I am owed and the immediate cancellation and refund of the $1,635 in unauthorized charges. I expected transparency, not predatory sales tactics." I'm opening a case in Toyota Motor north America to see if the car really was checked and sold under the Toyota maintenance standard as a preowned car.
